Zjamal Xanitha

Zjamal has worked internationally for over 30 years in professional, academic and community settings, as a group facilitator, somatic educator, creative process lecturer and community arts leader. In her faculty positions in Amsterdam and San Francisco and on teaching tours throughout several continents, she has presented her integration of personal development and psychosomatic education.
Zjamal is also in private practice as a Gestalt Psychotherapist and is regularly invited to facilitate professional level counsellor training. For the last seven years she has provided Clinical Supervision for practitioners in the field and those in social work and counselling organisations. She is passionate about the intimate theatre of one on one work, and the creative potency of the group setting.
Sean Tonnet

Sean has been working with people for over 25 years and as a full time therapist, clinical supervisor and group facilitator for the 14 years. Based in Northern NSW, his reputed and respected practice reflects his comprehensive training in Gestalt therapy, EFT for couples and group leadership.
Specialising in relationships, Sean has over 7000 case hours working with couples. He melds creative relational Gestalt methods and contemporary psychotherapy, neurobiology and mindfulness practices within a safe and sacred space. His work has been reviewed on radio, television and in print, making him a highly sort after relationship therapist with-in the Northern Rivers.
Tracy Santos

Tracy Santos is a psychotherapist, mental health social worker and educator who has been working as a clinician in private practice for 20 years. She is on faculty at Gestalt Therapy Brisbane and lectures at Southern Cross University on grief and trauma informed practice in the human services.
Tracy has trained and specialised in the field of death and dying, grief and bereavement for the last 17 years and worked with individuals and couples, as a trainer and as a supervisor to other clinicians. She has been closely affiliated with the Amitayus Home Hospice Service in the Byron Shire since 2003 and is on their training committee and team. Tracy has a strong interest in educating people from the community and in professional roles to compassionately care for the dying and be informed and practiced in how to be and work with those experiencing grief.
Dr Sally Denham-Vaughan
Sally Denham-Vaughan is a Qualified Supervisor, Trainer and Psychotherapist. She has a background in Clinical Psychology and was the Consultant Clinical Lead for Primary Care Mental Health Services in the County of Worcestershire, UK, with clinical responsibility for psychological service provision to over half a million people. Across her career she has offered supervision and consultation to a wide range of mental health professionals and is passionate about the role of supervision in supporting practitioners to be able to offer high quality services. She now works internationally as a Gestalt Coach and Organisational Consultant and is currently Chair of the Gestalt Practitioner in Organisations, (GPO), section of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy, (EAGT) and a member of the Executive Committee.
Sally is a Registered Coaching Psychologist and on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors. She is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the British Gestalt Journal, Academic Advisor to the Doctoral programme at Metanoia Institute/Middlesex University in London and is the Co-Founder of Relational Change, an International Organisation specialising in developing Relational Approaches in theory and practice.
Dan Bloom
Dan has been in the private practice of psychotherapy in downtown Manhattan for more than 30 years. And has been teaching and supervising psychotherapists over that period.
Dan completed his psychotherapy training with Laura Perls at the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy and is now a fellow of the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy.
Peter Cole & Daisy Reese
Peter Cole and Daisy Reese are long-time Gestalt Therapy trainers and practitioners located in Berkeley California. They are the co-authors of the recently published book New Directions in Gestalt Group Therapy: Relational Ground, Authentic Self. Peter is a graduate of the Pacific Gestalt Institute.
Daisy and Peter have trained in Gestalt Therapy with the Polsters, Joseph Zinker, Cyndy Sheldon and many others. Daisy and Peter are both graduates of the Washington DC School of Psychiatry’s Group Psychotherapy Training Program. Peter serves on the editorial advisory committee of Gestalt Review. He is a past board member of the Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy. Peter is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry (Emeritus) with the University of California Davis School of Psychiatry.
Peter and Daisy are in private practice and are the co-directors of the Sierra Institute for Contemporary Gestalt Therapy.
Peter and Daisy are married, with five children and five grandchildren. Their passion is the environment, and they are currently writing a new book concerning Gestalt therapy and the psychology of the climate crisis.
Dr Jackie Amos
PhD
Jackie is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and Gestalt psychotherapist. Jackie works psychotherapeutically with severely distressed families, where abuse and neglect of children is a central concern. She works at Centacare in the Children’s Services Units and supporting the therapeutic aspects of their work with these vulnerable families.
John Gillespie & Nnandi Lecointe
John currently leads New Gestalt Voices, which he founded during his third year of gestalt therapy training. This was in part response to a lack of enough support experienced during his training. John trained in Esalen and Cleveland before beginning a formal training in London, which he is yet to complete. NGV is a space that aspires to support growth through community and inclusion of difference.
John will be supported by Nnandi who is enrolled in her final year of Gestalt training at the Gestalt centre in London, England.
